At the onset of this blog, this has been my tagline and catch-phrase. Before and during the beginning of this journey, I have asked people what making life personal means to them. I got a lot of diverse and different opinions which actually got me thinking and now I have the answer.
Making Life Personal (MLP) is my personal movement that aims to make us become more aware of the way we live our lives. Are we living for ourselves or for other people? Do other people control us or do we control our own actions? MLP is about creating the life that we want to live, making the most of dire situations and reaching levels of success that only we can measure.
I’m Raymond Heally, a young man who has come very close to suicide, battled with utter depression and was willing to let other people decide who I was as a person. I became and fragment of the man that I was, am and the one I am destined to be. All because I stopped dictating what happened with my life.
This blog is about encouraging and inspiring you to look past the dark place you find yourself in and look towards the future you want to create. My goal is to demystify a lot of the things that we always hear about but never really get any guidance on. This ranges from productivity to personal growth and spirituality.
The aim: To help people become more in tune with all aspects of themselves and move towards new levels of success.
